Northern Michigan Hunting Land

I Was Out Driving  The Trails Today

getting ready for buyer’s that will be coming north this weekend to cash in on large tracts of land. Roscommon & Crawford Counties have many 40 acre parcels for sale that would make great hunting, and if you are not a hunter they still would make good parcels for passive recreational use.

One 40 acre parcel that is priced at $49,900 with Hudson Creek running through it and is very secluded, is located in Higgins Township and it only took me 10 minutes to run the back roads and trails to get to it. The bear, deer and wildlife are bountiful, and the lay of the land is diverse with high ridges and low areas that provide cover and water for the animals. With hundreds of acres of State land on 3 sides this will make a dream purchase!

For the most part vacant land is priced at about 50% of what is sold for just a few years ago.

Property prices are taken from the Paul Bunyan MLS Inc.
