Higgins Lakefront properties continue to be listed for sale……….
Since the 1st of January there are now 42 properties listed as of June 17th 2009. Just about anyone can afford to be ON the lake. Prices are starting at $299,900 and go up to $1,590,000. The economy has even effected water related properties. This is a great time to get into the market BEFORE interest rates go up.
Lakefront property has and always will hold it’s value at a sustained rate better than off lake property. With prices for lake front at the levels they are at now it is time to take the plunge and buy, it will probably not be this good again for a long time.
